For domestic orders within India, delivery usually takes 7–9 business days. International orders are delivered in 10–12 business days. Please note, weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.

We currently do not accept exchange or refund requests. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@karmara.co with your order number and photos of the damage.

We’re unable to guarantee any order changes or cancellations once the order is confirmed, especially during sales. However, you can always reach out to our team, and we’ll do our best to help.

No, products purchased on sale or during special promotions are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
