Refund & Returns Policy
At Karmara, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made in limited quantities. As our products are artisanal in nature, variations in prints or finish are part of their charm — not defects. Due to limited stock, some pieces may sell out quickly, and exchanges for the same item may not always be possible.
Shipping & Delivery
- Domestic orders are typically delivered within 7–9 business days.
- For pre-orders or event-based collections, delivery timelines may vary — please refer to the product description for details.
- Public holidays and weekends are not considered working days.
Returns & Exchanges
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items, custom-made pieces, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If the required size or product is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or refund as applicable.
- Returns that fail our quality check will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos at karmaraofficial@gmail.com.
- Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Return Process
- You can initiate a return/exchange by contacting us at karmaraofficial@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 8104960509.
- We’ll schedule a reverse pickup for eligible pin codes within 3–5 working days.
- If pickup is unavailable, you may send the item through a trusted courier (shipping at your cost).
- Please include your Order ID and Return/Exchange ID inside the package.
Refunds
- Refunds or store credits are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item passes quality check.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Shipping or COD charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect deliveries.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or online link.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued after deducting applicable processing or shipping fees.
