Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love every Karmara piece. If something isn’t right:
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:
- Minor variations in print, color, or finish are not considered defects
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items
- Custom-made or made-to-order pieces
- Accessories
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

- Please include clear images & unboxing videos of the products
Once verified:
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund
Return Process
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp
- Our team will provide a Return/Exchange ID
- Reverse pickup will be scheduled within 3–5 working days (for eligible pin codes)
If reverse pickup is unavailable:
- You may ship the product via a trusted courier (shipping cost borne by the customer)
📦 Include your Order ID and Return ID inside the package
Refunds
- Refunds or store credits are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes quality check
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Additional Notes
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable, except for damaged or incorrect orders
- COD refunds are processed via bank transfer or secure payment link
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellations may not be accepted
Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued after deducting applicable processing or shipping fees
